After its season opener was postponed due to inclement weather, the much-awaited Super Sprint Series is race this coming this Sunday August 11th at the Acienda Designer Outlet in Cavite.
Super Sprint is a grassroots motorsport series where new drivers can experience racing in a safe and exciting environment. The track layout is designed to be exciting for new drivers while challenging enough to constantly push the novice and more advance guys.
The categories are Street, Street Modified, and Super Street.
- Street is strictly open to amateur drivers only. Cars must be stock with tires having no more than 200 tread wear.
- Street Modified, on the other hand, welcomes experienced participants and allows modified vehicles to compete as long as they are equipped with a full interior.
- Super Street is for more seasoned drivers and may run tires with greater than 140 tread wear.
Each category is then segregated even further into classes, grouped according to the vehicle’s specs or driver skill.
PartsPro.Ph will be at all of Super Sprint Series events this season. We’ll be there with brake pads, brake fluids, motor oil and other items to help drivers get the best times of the day. We’ll also bring items out to these events that will be available for everyone.
Entry fee is ONLY P800. Competitors must show up with a valid Driver’s License with complete safety gear that includes a helmet, closed to shoes, long pants, and a minimum 3-point seatbelt. Minors are also welcome to join as long as they’re accompanied by a guardian and signs a waiver.
The inaugural event of the Super Sprint Series will take place this August 11th 2019 at Acienda Designer Outlet in Cavite. Drivers’ Briefing start at 8:45 AM sharp.
