The Last Dance Cars

We've all seen "The Last Dance" and I know we're all pretty impressed at MJ's competitive drive. But, did anyone notice the kind of cars MJ owned? Here are a few standouts of the cars we see in The Last Dance.

The 993 Porsche Turbo S with the license plate that simply said "AIR". This was shown in the tail end of the documentary, the flat-six engine produced 424 horsepower, which is 22hp more than the "normal" 993 turbo. The 993 Turbo S could hit 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and is now one of the most sought after Porsche for any collector. A low-mileage 993 Turbo S would fetch $900,000+

The Ferrari 550 Maranello. We see MJ pulling up to the Bulls practice facility is this red Ferrari 550 Maranello, this car also inspired the design of the Air Jordan XIV shoe. The Ferrari 550 Maranello is a front-engine V12 grand tourer built by Ferrari in the late 90's to early 2000s and is powered by a NA V12 producing 479 bhp with 419 lb-ft torque. The 550 Maranello can circle the Nürburgring in just 8:07.00.

The 930 Flachbau (Flatnose) Slant Nose cabriolet in white is a head-turner. It was powered by a 282-hp turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six and launched to 60 mph in less than 5sec, and no other car till now will or anytime soon will look as cool as this. The slant-nose was commissioned in 1982 by then Tag Heuer co-owner because he wanted Porsche to develop a road-legal version of the 935 race car.

There were a bunch of other cars that we saw in the documentary from Land Rovers to corvette but none of those really stood out like the three featured here today. Which of MJ's cars is your favorite?
